DELIVERY RATES

Within Australia    $8    (Australia Post Parcel Post)

At this stage we are not able to offer International Shipping.  Please check back later - this is something we hope to be able to offer later in 2017. 

Postage within Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia.  Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as Riff Raff & Co is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

Riff Raff & Co orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt of payment and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days. 

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.

'Change of Mind' returns

We understand it is hard to buy something that you have not seen or felt first hand.  That's why we are happy to provide a refund for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason.

Please be aware for deliveries within Australia, your product will be considered to be delivered 5 days after it has been dispatched.  For International deliveries your product will be considered to be delivered 14 days after it has been dispatched.  Returns or exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Similarly, returns or exchanges outside these timeframes may not be accepted and any decisions about whether to accept the product are at our sole and absolute discretion.

Where Riff Raff & Co accepts a product for refund, your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Processing can take up to ten working days and refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account.  Please be aware the refund is for the product only and any postage purchased will not be refunded.

Products should be returned in their original packaging, unused and in 'as new' condition.  We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of delivery.  Returns or exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Similarly, returns or exchanges outside these timeframes may not be accepted and any decisions about whether to accept the product are at our sole and absolute discretion.

Our Warranty

We expect our Riff Raff & Co sleep toys to be of high quality and long lasting.  In saying that nothing lasts forever ;) 


Your RR&Co purchase is covered a 12 month warranty on both the plush (not including 'wear & tear**') & electrical component from date of purchase based on it being used as the design is intended.

This means that should you have any problems with your plush or electronic competent during this period we will gladly offer our assistance to rectify.  

Email us hello@riffraffandco.com with you name, order number and photo/video of your problem and we will get right onto it! 

**While we provide a 12 month warranty on your sleep toy there are some elements of the plush that are excluded from the full warranty due to what would be considered normal 'wear & tear'.  These conditions are often very easily fixed and do not impact the use of the toy at all nor make it unfit for it's purpose.  They are instead covered by a 3 month warranty from date of purchase and include:

You may qualify for the refund if a product purchased is:

1. faulty or not of merchantable quality – meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, bearing in mind how the product was described to you prior to purchase and also the product price;  


2. unfit for its purpose – meaning that the product doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would, bearing in mind how the product was described to you prior to purchase and also the product price,

we will happily accept returns or exchanges within a reasonable time frame after purchase.



Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, not of merchantable quality or unfit for its purpose.   Please contact hello@riffraffandco.com to discuss your return.
